Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Om Niryat, every product we offer is handcrafted by skilled artisans across India, reflecting the beauty and uniqueness of traditional craftsmanship. Our items are often made-to-order or customized as per specific buyer requests.

As a result, each piece carries its own individual characteristics — slight variations in colour, texture, size, shape, or finish are natural outcomes of handcrafting and are not considered defects.

Order Cancellations

• Once an order is confirmed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled as our artisans begin work immediately on a made-to-order basis.
• Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of placing the order may be considered, provided production has not started.
• To request a cancellation within this window, please email us at coo@omniryat.com with your order reference number.

Om Niryat reserves the right to approve or decline cancellation requests at its discretion, depending on production progress.

Returns & Refunds

• Since our products are handcrafted and often customized, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an item has been shipped or delivered.
• Exceptions are made only in the case of:
• Damaged goods during transit, or
• Incorrect product dispatch (wrong item or quantity).

In such cases, buyers must:

1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery,
2. Share photographic evidence of the issue at coo@omniryat.com, and
3. Retain the original packaging for verification.

Upon review and confirmation, Om Niryat may offer:

• A replacement product, or
• A partial refund / credit note, depending on the case.

Customized & Bulk Orders

All bulk, B2B, or customized orders are made exclusively for the client and are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Om Niryat ensures full transparency by sharing product specifications, images, and production details prior to order confirmation.

Artisanal Variations

Each product is individually crafted by hand.
Therefore, minor variations in design, colour tone, grain, pattern, or finish are hallmarks of handmade artistry — not defects.
Such natural irregularities enhance the character and authenticity of each piece.
